IDSA Carolina Chapter

I have been an active volunteer for our local IDSA Carolina Chapter since 2004. I have tasked myself with rebuilding our chapters fundamentals including the website and how we disseminate news to our members, along with setting up and planning events and student tours.
Being in IDSA has allowed me to work with and introduced me to many of our regions most talented and inspiring designers. |

I have been active in supporting regional collegiate design programs through
senior project crits, portfolio reviews, guest lecturing, as well as arranging tours and shows to highlight design. |
Scholarship Award

Since 2006 my wife and I have supported students at NCSU College of Design through the Etta Bea Harrison Award (in honor of our daughter). This award is given to those students who go above and beyond to support and mentor their fellow students.
